✦ ✧ ✦ — "I promise and cross my heart that I won't burn myself. I'll be extra extra careful." She promised, her head nodding frantically as if to prove her point of her safety capabilities. "Are we gonna start today? Like now?" Ethy added with a questioning tone while the apprentice tilted her head off to the left. On the outside she was relatively calm but secretly she was bursting at the seams...Or probably not as secretly as she thought because the girl was tapping her front paws constantly while her tail swished from side to side.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Trackalackin for now

✦ ✧ ✦ — Etherealpaw trotted over with a few swishes of her fluffy tail. It was her first meeting and she was looking forward to it. There were a lot of faces she didn't know but that didn't detour the female from plopping herself down near Spellpaw. After all, Bentley or Project weren't here yet so she couldn't sit with them.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Having had the pleasure of an afternoon nap the girl was practically radiating energy and one could tell by the way she bustled over to the clearing. "Oh me too, me too!" Ethy piped up while she halted her trot and instead swayed from side to side.

Relaxing? Well that wasn't something she was so good at, the apprentice almost always needed to be on the move. 99% of her life was based on moving and the other 1% was when she was sleeping, although she was sure she probably wallowed around whenever she dreamed. "I will try my very best." She promised solemnly before Ethy grinned with excitement.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Of all the places she could have picked this clan seemed positively perfect for her tastes, not only were the people here intriguing and likable but they literally had an observatory that she somehow hadn't discovered until earlier today. For hours the apprentice had been poking around every crack and crevice, opening up dusty heavy books (and coughing up a storm while she was at it), and walking around with a dazed expression written across her marked face. There was nothing in her entire livelihood that she could compare to the feeling she felt just being inside of the building. That was until she went snooping around in what appeared to be a close space and she came across shelves of empty jars and suddenly an idea clicked into place.

By the time she had transferred almost all the jars closer to camp, while keeping some for her personal stash of knickknacks, the sun was already starting to dip low below the horizon and Etherealpaw smiled brightly at the perfection of it all. One more thing was needed though and the apprentice disappeared into her own den and reappeared with a huge bundle of blankets."If anyone wants to catch some fireflies with me then come over here! Afterwards we could la down and stargaze." She yelled rather loudly and without waiting for anyone else she scooped up one of the jars and started her search for the glowing bugs that were starting to show up in larger quantities.

✦ ✧ ✦ — What Project said seemed simple enough but as soon as she managed to pick up one of the eggs she was at a loss. She'd cracked things before but never an egg therefore she assumed it wold require a little force. Etherealpaw would then turn her paw over and proceed to utterly obliterate the egg by smashing it onto the ground with enough force that the yolk splattered everywhere, getting the slimy substance on herself and possibly on anyone close to her.

"Oops." She meowed sheepishly before a light giggle escaped her, "I guess next try I'll be more gentle."

✦ ✧ ✦ — She watched Blazestar carefully, her eyes never wavering from her direct stare, while feeling glad that Project had a bountiful supply of eggs. Taking in another breath she attempted to mimic her leader's actions and this time she made sure not to completely chuck the egg onto the ground. Purring with success once after a few good taps the shell split in half and the yellowish orange yolk came spilling out into her own bowl. "This is so cool." She mumbled, mostly to herself, and she picked up her other egg and repeated the motion before watching the two yolks splash together and then remain still in the bowl. They looked like two colorful bubbles, that were solid of course, and Ethy appreciated that they looked almost pretty.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Oh boy! She was the first one to spot Allureya and Etherealpaw's face shimmered with delight at that prospect. Usually she was the second or third and didn't get the chance to ask the all important two questions. "Name and business please!" The apprentice questioned as she padded over to the large wolf, thinking that the stranger could probably swallow her up whole if she wanted to. She couldn't help but notice the smile that had been on the female's face as well as something else that was swimming in the canine's eyes. She didn't mention it for now though even if curiosity was gnawing at the back of her head and the observant Stormclanner would instead sit herself down across from Allureya.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Her tail tip curled up ever so slightly once she became thrilled that three people had already shown up and she offered each of them a wide smile. "Everyone can join in and if you just wanna be lazy then you can sprawl all over the blankets and chill." She meowed before she nudged over jars with her pink nose to each of her clanmates. "Catching them is sometimes trickier than you'd think. Especially when they're flying just out of your reach. I used to catch a lot of them with my siblings and we'd let them all go at the same time and the sky would be so lit up and amazing." Etherealpaw commented and for a few moments she seemed to drift off to a very faraway place within her mind and her eyes closed with a happy-little hum streaming up her throat and through her lips. She then licked her lips and shrugged out of her trance before walking off a few feet to where a firefly was slowly floating downwards, her electric blue eyes following its descent. Within a matter of time the bug would eventually be caught in the glass container.

✦ ✧ ✦ — "That's fantastic! Welcome to StormClan, my name is Etherealpaw but you could call me Ethy for short. I'm relatively new here but if you have any questions then I'm sure I could go pester Bentley or Project for the answers. Project is usually grumpy without his coffee, which I've tried and it's pretty gross. Your name is really pretty by the way, does it mean anything?" It was true that despite being separated from her siblings the girl had not lost much of her child innocence, everything in the world fascinated her, and she was almost never bored given the fact that she believed there was always an endless supply of things to do. Even if joiners were common her never unmoving body was fizzling with excitement. Another face, another person she'd get the chance to know and possibly learn from was always a welcome sight.

✦ ✧ ✦ — One might have been utterly crushed or at the very least, annoyed, at the fact their weekly task would be cleaning out the nursery and elder's den but Ethy was certainly up to the challenge. Especially because Blazestar had instructed her to make it fun and the girl had been pondered all day about ways to spice it up. Eventually she came to the conclusion that a bonfire would be a fantastic idea, they could just burn up all the old bedding and gross stuff while having some fire-fun. She'd have to make sure the fire was well-contained though so she managed to wake herself up early and set to work on building a firepit that would protect anyone or anything that was close to it. She collected rocks and various things she had discovered on her long walks to build the pit and soon enough it was finished. By this time it was a little past the afternoon which was fine because once it turned dark most of the work would be done and everyone could relax by the fire. Not to mention Ethy had even brought out some treats for the helpers from her personal stash, including supplies to make s'mores.

"If anyone wants to help out cleaning dens and having an amazing time while you're at it then come over here!" She hollered while she was crouching down low so that she could start to light the smaller sticks inside the fire pit. Wet moss was also close by so that they could extinguish the flames whenever neccessary.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Tracking

✦ ✧ ✦ — Huh? Ethy lifted her head from the little mouse she had been munching on in order to listen to the SkyClan leader and even if she couldn't formally accept the camp out offer she was sure StormClan would be more than willing to go. "Thank you!" She called after him with a few waves of her tail after the girl had gotten up to examine the gift basket. She was mostly interested in the toys because some of them were awfully colorful and others had a nice sheen and glossiness but she'd only take one, they were most likely for the younger children after all. "I'm no higher up but I'm guessing StormClan will be there!" She couldn't help but yelling and she sat back on her haunches, looking forward to the event. It'd be her first allied event and meeting new faces was high on her list.

Well she hadn't seen this kiddo around before and his sudden appearance startled her a little bit, mostly because she was too busy searching through the gifts. "Yup! There's a lot more clans other than StormClan. There's SkyClan, like you just saw, and BlizzardClan, ThunderClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, and much more. There's even groups that are like us but they don't have 'clan' in their name, like the Sanctuary or Westeros." Ethy explained before she cast a look towards where Royalguard had disappeared to. Seeing a different clan member was always cool but seeing a leader was even cooler. She hoped the guy had smooth sailing running SkyClan.

She was the very first StormClanner here and that just made her bubble over with adrenaline and delight all mixed into one glorious feeling. Not to mention this was her first ally-event that she'd be attending and Ethy was seriously determined to make some friends or at least close acquaintances. Her electric blue eyes were searching the foreign place for her first "victim" of the night and eventually the pinned themselves onto an absolutely beautiful pair. It didn't occur to her that perhaps they were having a romantic conversation and she was about to bust in and shatter the atmosphere. "Hi there! I'm Etherealpaw from SkyClan, you two look super cute." The girl meowed merrily after she had padded up to Goldenchandelier and Archipelagoisland, her white teeth spreading out into a crooked but endearing smile. "It's my first ally-event and I'm super stoked and everything looks so nice." She added before spinning around to take everything in once more.

She'd seen this kiddo around before but hadn't actually gotten his name because of her rapidly moving mind hadn't thought of asking when she had first encountered him. She was pretty sure he was Allureya and Blazestar's adoptee. Which was pretty cool in her opinion, who wouldn't want those two beautiful ladies as Moms? She had been watching Seph be practically ignored by the NPCS and she reminded herself not to make a short joke as she walked over to him. "Hey there! I'm Etherealpaw, I've seen you around before but I never got your name. How do you like StormClan so far, it's a chill place right?" She questioned before plopping herself down across from the male.

Eek! She hadn't been expecting that and at first she felt like she was going to jump out of her skin but then her initial shock wore away into admiration for Reya. "That's so cool. You're so cool." She remarked in a breathless tone while watching the multicolored flames lap at the air around it. It was breathtaking to her and she almost forgot the real reason as to why she called people here and instead was transfixed at the welcoming sight of colors. "I wish I could to that." She added before she bit her lip and made a simple wish that perhaps once day she could.

Right now there were only two people that had gathered but two was better than none and she rubbed her paws together after giving a single clap. "Let's get to work then!" She meowed cheerfully and she turned to slip inside the nursery and then she would start scraping the dirty bedding together with unsheathed claws.

She was listening and appeared to hold a very apt attention directed towards the leader but in truth her mind was elsewhere. Gazing off a little too far to the side of where Blazestar was sitting however this quickly changed when she heard her name mentioned with promotions. Her? Promoted? Immediately she jolted upwards and opened her mouth to splutter out a thank you but her happy emotions were just too mixed up for her to say anything. By the time she was well-composed Blazestar had moved on to a more solemn topic and she slowly scooted herself back into a seated position. Ethy felt a mixture of cheerfulness at her promotion yet it was also battling a sadness for her distraught leader.
